Hebrew-Speaking Advertiser Support Specialist

We are currently looking for Hebrew-speaking Advertiser Support Specialists to join a global team in Lisbon Portugal with a start date of 24 August 2026.

As an Advertiser Support Specialist you will support businesses advertising on two of the worlds leading social media platforms. You will provide post-sales assistance help resolve technical issues and ensure advertisers have the best possible experience with the platform.

• Provide support to advertisers via phone email and chat.
• Troubleshoot advertising account and campaign-related issues.
• Guide clients on advertising tools features and best practices.
• Escalate complex technical cases when necessary.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in a dynamic international environment.
