Were looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Israel Field Service team. This is a dynamic customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work problem-solving and direct interaction with customers across Israel. If youre passionate about technology enjoy working in the field and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for SolarEdge products and systems installed throughout Israel.
• Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve electrical hardware software and communication issues involving inverters power optimizers batteries EV chargers and energy management solutions.
• Perform testing system diagnostics repairs and equipment replacement as required.
• Document service activities case updates and resolutions using the SolarEdge CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support Logistics and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer service.
• Deliver a professional high-quality customer experience while representing SolarEdge in the field.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.

Requirements:

• Technician or Practical Engineer qualification in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Valid Israeli Electrician License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical field service role.
• Valid Israeli drivers license.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of spoken and written Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Israel and work extended hours when required.
