Job Summary
A leading regulated online casino company is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing team in Israel. This role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making across marketing CRM VIP product operations and finance teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the online gaming industry and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze player behavior retention acquisition and revenue performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs for management.
- Monitor campaign performance across CRM VIP and marketing channels.
- Identify trends risks and opportunities through data analysis.
- Work closely with CRM Marketing VIP Product and Operations teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
- Analyze customer lifecycle metrics including deposits activity churn and retention.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst within the online gaming casino sportsbook or iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Experience with Power BI Tableau Looker or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment in Israel.

- Knowledge of CRM analytics and player segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics BigQuery or cloud-based data platforms.
