We are hiring an experienced Conversion Manager for a leading Forex company based in Tel Aviv.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing conversion teams within the Forex/CFD industry and a proven track record of driving performance KPIs and revenue growth.
Manage and lead a team of Conversion Agents
Monitor daily performance KPIs and sales targets
Train mentor and motivate team members to maximize results
Develop and implement conversion strategies to improve deposits and client acquisition
Conduct call monitoring coaching sessions and performance reviews
Work closely with senior management and other departments
Ensure high-quality client communication and compliance standards
Analyze reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Recruit and onboard new conversion talent when needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a Conversion Manager or Team Leader within the Forex industry
Strong understanding of Forex/CFD sales processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Fluent English required
Additional languages are a major advantage
Must be based in Israel or willing to work on-site in Tel Aviv
