Job Summary

Pango is looking for an experienced Commercial partnerships manager to join our team and lead the growth of our partnerships ecosystem. This is a highly commercial role focused on identifying opportunities opening doors building relationships and driving strategic partnerships across multiple industries. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners expanding existing collaborations and identifying new business opportunities that create value for both Pango and its customers.



Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners across mobility transportation retail fintech loyalty and related industries.
  • Lead end-to-end business development processes from identifying opportunities and initiating conversations to negotiating signing and launching partnerships.
  • Recruit brands and commercial partners for marketing campaigns customer benefits programs and value-generating initiatives across the Pango platform.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing partners by identifying new business opportunities and commercial models.
  • Monitor market trends identify growth opportunities in Israel and international markets and translate them into partnerships and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development Strategic Partnerships or B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying developing and closing commercial partnerships.
  • Ability to independently manage complex sales and negotiation processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong networking relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable business results.
  • Highly self-driven proactive and able to take ownership.
  • Fluent English; experience working with international partners is an advantage.
