As an Analog Hardware Team Leader youll lead a team of hardware engineers developing the analog and communication circuits at the heart of SolarEdges solar inverters and optimizers. Youll take your designs through the full R&D lifecycle: from concept and feasibility through simulation schematic design and lab verification all the way to mass production.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Youll set the technical bar for the team mentor engineers in their day-to-day work and partner closely with software system mechanical and production teams to bring robust products to market. Its a great fit for someone who wants to stay deep in analog engineering while growing a team and shaping how we design.

What will you be doing

• Lead mentor and oversee a team of hardware engineers across analog circuit design simulation and testing.
• Research design and develop analog and communication circuits from requirements through to mass production.
• Run lab characterization and verification of analog circuits using spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes and other lab equipment.
• Own design reviews and serve as the professional authority for the teams engineering discipline.
• Collaborate with software system and production teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration and a smooth transfer to manufacturing.
• Manage technical scope schedule risk and product quality across your teams projects.

Requirements:

• . in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in discrete analog hardware and board design.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Proven hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes power supplies and electronic loads.
• Strong background in analog circuit design including passive and active filters and op-amp topologies.
• Experience with PCB layout
• Knowledge of PSpice / LTspice simulators - an advantage.
• Specialization in RF communication or power electronics - an advantage.
• Programming skills in Python - an advantage.
