Agency Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager at the Wix Agency youll lead the creation of high-impact digital experiences for strategic partners taking projects from concept to completion. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement scalable digital ecosystems that solve real-world business your day-to-day you will:

• Manage complex client-facing digital projects from start to finish
• Lead cross-functional teams aligning perspectives and ensuring clear communication
• Oversee project timelines budgets and deliverables while maintaining high standards
• Identify and implement tools and processes to improve workflows and project outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into projects when relevant
• Build strong relationships with clients becoming their trusted partner

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience managing complex client-facing digital projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong organizational and operational thinking with attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills thinking beyond standard solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content automation and workflows
• Familiarity with Wix tools and products an advantage
• Ability to collaborate across different professional disciplines with understanding of design UX content development and product terminology to support clear communication and alignment
