Videographer (Social-First)

Were bringing video in-house and this is your chance to own it. Youll take a content idea and turn it into finished scroll-stopping video for Irish businesses: planned shot edited and delivered all by you.

InDigital is a performance marketing agency helping Irish service businesses grow: home improvement construction property training and more. Were a small growing agency that cares more about a clients leads turning into booked jobs than about hitting big vanity numbers. We love delivering real results for clients and having craic along the way.

Everything we shoot is made to perform not just catch views. Our videos run as ads and organic content and we track what each one does: hook rates cost per lead the lot. If you want to see your work driving real sales for a business this is the role for you.

Our Social Creative comes up with the ideas. You take them from there: shot lists planning shooting at client sites editing grading and delivery. Full ownership start to finish.

This isnt cinema and it isnt trend-chasing. Its polished native social content: sharp well lit good sound but real and unstaged. Real installs real business owners real customers shot on site a tad dustier than the usual studio work.

Most shoots are yours to run on your own. Outdoor drone shoots are part of what we do so flying is a major plus. If you dont fly yet well get you certified no problem. For bigger productions or second-camera days the production partners weve worked with for years will still be there to support you.

• Turning content ideas into shot lists and shoot plans: what we need from each visit and how well get it.

• Shooting at client sites: installs interviews process footage before and afters pieces to camera.

• Getting it right in camera: exposure sound light and white balance so the edit is fast and the look is consistent.

• Editing quickly in Premiere Pro or similar with multiple cut-downs hook swaps and variations per shoot built for testing.

• Grading to each clients agreed look and checking skin tones and whites before anything goes out.

• Delivering first cuts within five working days of a shoot.

• Keeping footage projects and finals named organised and archived so anything can be found and re-cut later.

• Grabbing photos on site (before and afters the team at work finished jobs) for ads socials and Google profiles.

• Reviewing what performed with our Social Creative and paid media team and cutting the next round based on the numbers.

• 2 years shooting and editing professionally at an agency in-house or freelance.

• A portfolio showing on-site filming with businesses: talking heads real locations vertical short-form. Portfolio is a must.

• Proper camera craft: steady well-exposed footage good light and clean audio even in harsh Irish weather.

• Drone experience is a major plus.

• Confident grading. You know your scopes and can match a look quickly.

• Fast social-first editing: hooks pace titles and plenty of variations.

• Organised with files. You can pick up any project from six months ago in minutes.

• Comfortable putting a nervous business owner at ease on camera.

• A full driving licence and your own transport are essential.

• No degree requirements. If you can do the work we want to hear from you.

• Salary: 40000 - 50000.

• Hybrid: shoots on location plus 2-3 days at our new Tallaght office free parking.

• Office days 9 to 5.30 with a flexi start. Shoot days vary.

• 25 days annual leave and an early finish every Friday.
