Purpose: In this operational role you will manage transportation activities focusing on optimizing service levels contractual relationships and proactive management of transportation activities throughout the EMEA region

As a Transport Lead you will:

• Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with transport providers
• Monitors Carriers weekly/monthly performance against agreed SLAs
• Works closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure Carrier Contracts and SLAs are in place
• Key Contact point for all Transport related queries and escalations.
• Proactively working with Carriers and DC teams to reduce/avoid customer impacting issues and reacting immediately to any issues that will result in delivery delays ensuring timely communication to Customer Service teams as well as RCCA with the Carriers.
• Partners cross-functionally with customer service warehouse and transportation teams to resolve/achieve targets.
• Supports the Deliver team in day to day operational process and system improvement activities
• Supports resolution of SAP IDOC errors work with IT and BPX teams on resolution of inventory sync issues.

Qualification/Requirement:

• Experience leading distribution centres and 3rd party logistics providers.
• Bachelors degree in Management Business Supply Chain or related discipline
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
• Demonstrated evidence of driving customer experience.
• Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering partner management and effective interpersonal skills at all levels within a company
• Ensures quality and safety remain a priority.
