DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

Exclusive Networks isseekinga highly motivated and commercially focused Training & Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy across our practice. The successful candidate will assess current capability levelsidentifyskills and knowledge gaps develop a strategic training roadmap and drive continuous learning across sales pre-sales technicaldeliveryand support teams across all regions excluding the US. The role will ensure knowledge accreditation growth partner competencyrequirementsand businessobjectivesremain aligned creatingmeasurableimpact on revenue growth saleseffectivenessandorganisationalcapability. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels without direct authority while working closely with the global Learning & Development leader.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Training & Enablement Manager:

• Experience in training enablement or capability development
• Experience within SaaS or enterprise technology
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience creating learning pathways and competency frameworks
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Commercial awareness within a sales-led organisation
• Ability to work across a global matrix environment
