Tender Planner Dunshaughlin Co. Meath

Are you a Planner with strong experience in tendering and pre-construction

Im currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor based in Dunshaughlin Co. Meath for an experienced Tender Planner / Pre-Construction Planning Engineer.

This is not a traditional live-project planning role. The key focus will be on developing detailed realistic and competitive programmes for tender submissions working closely with the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams.

Youll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping construction methodology sequencing and programme strategy before projects move into delivery.

The Role
  • Develop detailed tender and bid programmes
  • Work closely with Estimating and Pre-Construction teams
  • Translate construction methodology into achievable programmes
  • Develop sequencing durations milestones and critical paths
  • Review drawings specifications and tender documentation
  • Support the preparation of competitive tender submissions
  • Provide planning input into construction methodology and delivery strategy
Were looking for:
  • Experience in construction planning/programming
  • Proven experience developing tender / bid programmes
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Ability to develop detailed programmes and identify critical paths
  • Ability to interpret drawings specifications and tender documentation
  • Main contractor experience
