We are hiring an experiencedLevel 2 Technical Support Engineer or a strong Level 1 IT Engineerwho can take ownership of technical issues support SME clients to a high standard and contribute to project work.
This role will particularly suit someone based in South County Dublin or nearby who values a shorter commute a close-knit technical team and a clear career pathway.

The Role
You will provide Level 2 technical support to a portfolio of SME clients with occasional client-site visits.
You will manage technical issues from diagnosis through to resolution communicate directly with customers and work independently with minimal escalation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Windows desktop and server environments
Managing Active Directory and hybrid environments
Administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive and Teams
Supporting Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
Managing Microsoft Entra ID and core Azure services
Troubleshooting networking firewall VPN and connectivity issues
Owning support tickets through to resolution
Carrying out patching updates and preventative maintenance
Supporting migrations upgrades and new-client onboarding
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Requirements
What Were Looking For
You should have strong hands-on experience working at Level 2 within a Managed Service Provider or as a Senior Level 1 IT Support Engineer who has MSP experience.
Essential experience includes:
Previous MSP technical support experience is a must
Windows desktop and Windows Server
Active Directory
Microsoft 365 administration
Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager
Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD
Networking fundamentals firewalls and VPNs
Managing customer issues independently
Communicating confidently and professionally with business customers
You should also be organised dependable customer-focused and comfortable working independently within a small MSP environment.
Relevant Microsoft CompTIA or similar certifications are beneficial but practical MSP experience is the priority.
Occasional client-site visits will be required therefore it is a strong bonus if you have your own car or motorbike (Not a deal breaker if you do not).

Applicants must already be based in Ireland and have unrestricted permission to work in Ireland.
