The internal McKesson Technology team is at the forefront of driving digital transformation including the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver measurable value across theorganization. We are seeking a Technical AI EnablementSenior Engineerwho will bridge ideas to technology partnering with infrastructure cloud and data teams to ensure architectural soundness role focuses on designing building and operationalizing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value This role reports directly to the VP McKesson Technology AI & Automation.

Key Accountabilities

Technical Enablement

• Partner with infrastructure cloud and data teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Ensure architectural soundness security and compliance in all AI deployments.

• Translate business ideas and requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.

• Implement best practices for code quality testing and deployment.

Solution Integration

• Execute and supportthe transition of AI pilots and prototypes into fully operational integrated solutions.

• Identifyand address technical challenges to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Establish best practices for AI solution deployment and lifecycle management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a technical bridge between business data and technology teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical enablement across theorganization.

• Support the development ofa robustAI capability within McKesson Technology.

• Expertisein AI and automation technologies with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.

• Strong architectural skills with a proven ability to ensure scalability reliability and security in AI systems.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.

• Experience implementingMLOpspipelines and containerized deployments.

• Technologystack &tools:

• AI Frameworks/tools:Experiencewith tools such asLangChainand OpenAI.

• Automation Platforms: Experience with automation technologies (e.g. UiPath).

• Programming Languages:Knowledge of Python and SQL; ability to work with APIs.

• Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Azure AWS or Google Cloud.

• Modern Practices: Familiarity withMLOps containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.

• 5 years of relevant professional experience including2 years in AI/automation solutiondeploymentor technical enablement roles.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud) and modern dataarchitectures.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD container orchestration (Kubernetes) and scalable architectures.

• Certifications in AI cloud architecture or automation technologies.

• Experience working in large complex multinationalorganizations.
