Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Were looking for a skilled and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join this role youll take full end-to-end ownership of a diverse and high-impact portfolio covering some of our business areas such as ZMS Size & Fit and Partner-facing tech teams. As a key partner to the business youll bring vast expertise in the tech talent market data-informed hands-on approach to talent acquisition combining active sourcing strategic collaboration with employer branding and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• End-to-end recruitment: take ownership of the entire recruitment journey in our tech areas from initial strategy briefing with stakeholders and candidate interview screening through to complex offer negotiations and closing.

• Direct sourcing expertise: build innovative strategies to proactively identify attract and engage top tech talents using a variety of channels with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing through LinkedIn. Youll craft compelling outreach messages and build robust talent pipelines.

• Stakeholder management: work closely with existing recruitment teams and senior leaders across various business units. Your low-ego high-collaboration approach will be key to understanding needs and delivering results.

• Versatility: masterfully manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of tech roles in all seniority levels (applied science software engineering data product management etc.).

• Champion candidate experience: ensure every candidate interaction is positive and reflective of Zalandos employer brand and identify opportunities to improve this even further.
