Support Pharmacist Gorey

QR Select are currently recruiting for aSupport Pharmacist for a full-time permanent position in a busy community pharmacy working in Gorey Co. Wexford

The role is with a chain pharmacy group

The pharmacy is busy and the rota will include some evening and weekend work

As a Support Pharmacist your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues patients suppliers and the wider community.
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy.
• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability of medications.
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate up-to-date and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment promptly addressing any health and safety concerns with the pharmacy manager.
• Delivering the highest standards of care and service to patients while on duty.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs provided by the pharmacy.
• Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the pharmacy team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• ABSc (Pharm)orMPharmdegree.
• Registration as a Pharmacist with thePharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
