Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a pharmacy based in SandhillsCarlow.
What you need to know:
This is initially a short-term contract with a view to permanency. The pharmacy is flexible on the number of days worked and is ideally looking for someone available 3 to 5 days per week Monday to Friday. There are no Saturdays Sundays late nights or Bank Holidays. You will be joining a supportive team environment with the pharmacy using the Touchstore dispensing system.

What youll be doing:
- Working in partnership with the team using your own intuition expertise and experience to deliver complete care solutions for our customers and patients.
- Setting the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy looks and feels like from an operational perspective by working in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team.
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients providing expert advice throughout.
- Accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
- Actively supporting the development education and training of colleagues; building the teams capabilities.
- Conducting regular reviews audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.
- Work to deliver world class professional services personally and through the pharmacy team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Strong customer service skills
- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
- At least 3 years post-registration experience
