Job Summary
Elevate Partners is working with an international financial institution that is looking to hire an Analyst / Associate into its growing Asset-Backed Finance team.
The role provides broad exposure to asset-backed lending speciality finance and structured credit transactions and would suit someone looking to develop their career within a highly active transaction-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation underwriting and execution of asset-backed and structured lending opportunities.
- Build and maintain transaction cash flow and credit models.
- Analyse underlying loan portfolios asset performance and transaction structures.
- Prepare credit approval and transaction materials for internal committees.
- Participate in transaction structuring due diligence documentation and execution.
- Monitor existing investments including portfolio performance covenant compliance and key risk metrics.
Candidate Profile:
- 25 years relevant experience within banking structured finance asset-backed finance leveraged finance securitisation private credit or a related credit environment.
- Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience analysing lending transactions loan portfolios or underlying collateral would be particularly relevant.
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Exposure to lender finance loan-on-loan warehouse financing or portfolio financing would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded and comfortable working within a lean transaction-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:
Chartered Surveyor and a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
