We are hiring a Staff Nurse Minor Operations Procedure Room for a hospital located in Tralee Ireland.

• Deliver safe person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMBI professional standards.
  

• Assist with minor surgical procedures and provide peri-procedural nursing care.
  

• Assess manage and evaluate acute chronic and post-operative wound care including patient education.
  

• Promote continuity of care through coordinated follow-up and effective liaison with the multidisciplinary team.
  

• Participate in service development clinical audit quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.
  

• Work in accordance with organisational policies and procedures HIQA National Standards and JCI Accreditation Standards.
  

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
  

• Minimum of two years post-registration clinical experience.
  

• Experience in minor procedures perioperative nursing or wound care is desirable.
  

• Wound management qualification or willingness to undertake relevant education.
  

• Excellent communication organisational and time-management skills.
