Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are hiring Staff Nurse -Emergency Department into a Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Location: Dublin Ireland (On-site)
Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable and responsible for own professional practice with a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice Code of Professional Conduct and Beacon Hospital policies guidelines and competencies relevant to practice.

  • Provision of high-quality nursing care through the use of an individualised system of care in line with agreed nursing standards.

  • Monitoring and management of all complaints and incidents with prompt escalation to the Clinical Coordinator to ensure full investigation and appropriate follow-up.

  • Ongoing evaluation and maintenance of high standards of patient care with particular focus on nursing care within the department.

  • Supervision and support of junior nursing staff during each span of duty providing appropriate guidance direction and assistance.

  • Promotion of a positive learning environment and encouragement of continuous professional development.

  • Engagement with current developments in nursing practice to enhance professional knowledge and clinical skills.

  • Identification and contribution to potential areas of nursing research within the specialty to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.



  • Requirements
    • Registered or eligible for registration in the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI.

    • Minimum of one year post-registration nursing experience.

    • Six months experience in an emergency or acute care setting is desirable.

    • Ability to use own initiative.

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.

    • Commitment to delivering a high-quality patient-focused service.

    • Willingness to undertake additional training and perform the extended role of the nurse.

    Required Skills:
