We are currently hiring a Staff Nurse to a Care Home in Dublin Ireland.
- Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care to all residents.
- Develop and maintain individualised care plans in collaboration with residents families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor residents health wellbeing and clinical conditions escalating concerns appropriately.
- Administer medications safely in line with best practice policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate timely and up-to-date clinical documentation and records.
- Build positive relationships with residents families colleagues and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement and quality care initiatives.
- Promote a safe environment by following health & safety infection control and emergency procedures.
- Report incidents accidents hazards and safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Adhere to professional standards maintain confidentiality and support the smooth daily operation of the nursing home.
- Qualified 1st level nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older persons.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience working with older persons or within relevant healthcare settings.
- Good understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable.
- Ability to deliver person-centred care with professionalism and compassion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
