The Senior HRManagerPlan&GDCLEMEAwill be the primary HR partner to senior leaders inPLANand Global Distribution and Commercial Logistics organizationlocatedin EMEA.
He/she will actively support and coach business leadersI the above organizationsand will also drive Talent Management Organizational Design and Change Management. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing strong HR leadership in support of business goals enterprise and HR strategies.
The position plays a critical role in enabling supply chain performance strengthening customer trust and supporting DePuy Synthes mission to deliver innovative orthopedic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across Supply Chain providing strategic and operational HR support.
Translate business and Supply Chain priorities into aligned people and workforce strategies.
Partneronorganizational design workforce planning and capability development to support evolving operating models.
Support talent management processes including talent reviews succession planning and leadership development.
Act as a coach and advisor to leaders on organizational health engagement and leadership effectiveness.
Enable Supply Chain transformation initiatives througheffective changeleadership.
Partner with Employee Relations Legal and other people related functions to address employee relations topics.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Where required to be managed locally:
Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.
Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree and 8 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience partnering with senior leaders inregional and/or globaloperationsorganizations.
Strong background in organizational design talentmanagementand changeleadership.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices healthcare or other regulated industries
Exposure to global supply chain or regional distribution models
Other:
Language: Englishproficiency
Travel: Up to 20%mainlyinthe EMEAregion.
