Social Care workers
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate experienced and highly organised Social Care Worker to support the delivery of high-quality care and support within our service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all care provided is person-centred safe and effective and delivered in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards.

Deliver and support the provision of person-centred care in line with best practice and organisational policies.
Ensure all care practices meet regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Support the implementation of safeguarding procedures health and safety policies and quality assurance measures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to maintain a safe supportive and respectful environment for service users.
Promote the wellbeing independence and dignity of individuals receiving care.
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of care services.
QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Psychology Nursing or a related discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1 years experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) standards safeguarding policies and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
A professional empathetic and person-centred approach to care.
Full clean manual drivers licence (essential).
Must hold Stamp 4 permission to work in Ireland.

Required Skills:
Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related degree. CORU registration is mandatory. Full clean manual drivers license required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for supporting individuals in a community-based setting
