Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design build and maintain scalable web applications working across a React front end and a Java/Spring Boot back end integrated via RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive component-based UIs using and Redux for state management.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and back-end services using Java Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Model query and optimise data using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean tested maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues across the stack.
Required Skills
- Front End: Redux JavaScript/ES6
- Back End: Java Spring Boot Hibernate/JPA
- API: RESTful API design and integration
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of OOP design patterns and MVC architecture
- Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Workbook enables data handling state/level handling composes UIs
Good to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
