Role: Senior Site Manager
Project: Large-scale Residential construction
Essentials:Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management; 5 years experience in healthcare / commercial / residential construction.
Location: South Dublin
Salary: 80000 - 90000

Reporting to: Project Manager
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations ensuring all works are completed safely on schedule and to specification
- Supervise subcontractors trades and direct labour to drive productivity and maintain programme targets
- Monitor project progress ensuring compliance with drawings specifications and key milestones
- Maintain and enforce health & safety standards in line with company procedures and statutory requirements
- Ensure high-quality delivery through regular inspections and robust quality control processes
- Work closely with the Project Manager Quantity Surveyor Engineers and design team to align activities and resolve site issues
- Oversee site logistics including materials and plant to optimise procurement and resource utilisation
- Keep detailed daily records and progress reports ensuring clear and consistent communication with senior management
- Assist in the identification and management of project variations alongside the team
- Chair site meetings daily briefings and toolbox talks to promote effective communication and coordination
