Job Summary


RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home Care and Community Care.

We are hiring an Senior Physiotherapists for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.

Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: per year.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment and the development and implementation of individualised patient-centred treatment plans in line with evidence-based best practice.

  • Develop maintain and promote high professional standards of clinical practice within the service.

  • Work within own scope of professional competence in accordance with principles of best practice professional conduct and clinical governance and in alignment with the standards of the relevant Irish professional body.

  • Promote and support a positive workplace culture that reflects company values with a strong commitment to diversity equality and inclusion.



  • Requirements

    • Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
    • Be registered as a Physiotherapist with CORU.
    • Have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification clinical experience.
    • Possess at least 35 years of relevant experience including 2 years in older persons care rehabilitation or acute medicine.
    • Demonstrate the knowledge and clinical expertise required in older persons physiotherapy and stroke rehabilitation.
    • Ability to manage an autonomous caseload and work effectively at Senior Physiotherapist level.
    • Experience supervising Staff Grade Physiotherapists Therapy Assistants and physiotherapy students.
    • Hold a full valid driving licence with access to a car.
    • Postgraduate qualification or additional training in rehabilitation older persons care or orthopaedics is desirable.
    • Leadership mentoring management training and strong IT and clinical documentation skills are desirable.
