Essentials: 3 years experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management; capable of winning new business; PSRA Licensed; Full Driving License & Personal Vehicle
Location: South Dublin
Salary: 40000 - 55000
Package: Commission (10%/15%); Pension; Phone; Mileage; Bonus structure; Quarterly social events

- Manage a portfolio of 240 residential properties ensuring high standards of service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day property management tasks including maintenance and tenant communications.
- Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process from start to finish.
