Location: Dublin Ireland (Hybrid 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

About the Role

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Global Technology team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile industry-leading global customers and play a key role in delivering large-scale technology and business transformation projects.

Working as part of a global project team you will act as the bridge between IT Development teams Product Owners and both internal and external stakeholders. Youll be responsible for driving projects from concept through to delivery ensuring business requirements are translated into successful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product and project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders customers and technical teams
• Manage project backlogs user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support project management business readiness and change management activities
• Work across multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support testing UAT implementation and stakeholder training

Skills & Experience

• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within a technology environment
• Experience managing large enterprise-level projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps Jira backlog management and project planning
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Proven leadership problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams
