Role: Senior Engineer

Projects: Large-scale Commercial Pharma and Residential

Essentials: Engineering Degree; 3 years construction engineering experience in Ireland; Strong building and concrete frame experience.

Location: Projects in and around Cork city

Salary: 70000 - 80000

Reporting into: Project Manager

Oversee engineering activities on site ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate Junior Engineers and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
Carry out setting out site surveys and preparation of as-built drawings.
Interpret engineering and construction drawings specifications and project requirements.
Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure programme milestones and project deadlines are achieved.
Liaise with clients consultants design teams and other key stakeholders.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Manage site records material orders and engineering documentation.
