Role:Senior Construction Project Manager
Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor
Essentials: Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence.
Location:South Dublin based office Greater Dublin based sites
Salary:110000 - 130000

Overseeing: Full lifecycle of construction projects site teams budgets and health & safety compliance.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed to the highest quality on schedule and within budget.
- Create detailed project plans including timelines budget forecasts and resource allocation strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with directors architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
- Track project budgets closely address discrepancies promptly and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
- Uphold health and safety regulations fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
- Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows track finances and ensure regulatory compliance.
