You role will involve:
- Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender stage through to final account
- Oversee contract negotiations procurement valuations reporting and commercial risk management
- Drive profitability and margin improvement through effective commercial controls and cost management
- Manage subcontractor procurement contract administration and supply chain performance
- Mentor and lead Quantity Surveying teams supporting development and commercial best practice
You will have:
- A relevant third level qualification
- 2 years experience in Civil Commercial Management
- Excellent communication reporting leadership and relationship management experience
