The Revenue Assurance team is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in order and deal review to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager this role works closely with colleagues in revenue operations sales sales programs and legal. Key responsibilities include reviewing orders and contracts recommending system enhancements and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented collaborative and ready to make an immediate impact.

What youll do:

  • Serve as a key contributor to Pinterests order-to-cash process by reviewing and approving insertion orders ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our platforms.
  • Review Annual Agreements and make informed decisions to facilitate deal closure and ensure all deals fall within established guidelines company policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee month-end close activities including account reconciliations and related tasks.
  • Satisfy all quarterly and annual audit requirements for our internal and external auditors
  • Monitor compliance within the order management process proactively identifying non-compliance recommending corrective actions and reinforcing adherence to internal controls and policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 regulations for revenue accounting implementing and enhancing controls as required.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and external partners by addressing complex inquiries resolving issues related to orders and annual agreements.
  • Leverage AI to optimise processes.
  • Continuously identify and implement process and system improvements defining and testing enhancements in Salesforce JIRA and reporting systems to boost efficiency accuracy and scalability across Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Maintain and update process documentation for order management and revenue workflows ensuring materials are accurate current and user-friendly for Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales Sales Enablement Sales Strategy & Operations Revenue and IT teams.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance a related subject or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years in revenue operations order management deals management sales support or similar roles ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience analysing high volume multi-currency transactions in a global business environment
  • A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced hyper growth environment
  • Ability to identify design and implement internal controls and best practices

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration twice a month and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Dublin office.
