Europcar Cork is looking for Returns and B2B Compound Manager

Reporting to theBranch Manager we are looking for talentedReturns and B2B compound Managerin Cork Airport. We are looking for an energetic hands on motivational leader who can work off their own initiative. This is an exciting role which offers the opportunity to progress and accelerate your career.

This is a full time permanent role 40hr work week which requires flexibility. and availability for work Monday Sunday between business hours 7am to 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with every customer transaction so as to maximise customer loyalty whilst taking full ownership of customer complaints and conflict resolution.

• Ensure customers have their vehicles checked in a timely manner. All queries or concerns are addressed before they leave. Escalate to BM if required.

• Ensure all fleet administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures. Examples include CVRTs tax discs impros estimates etc.

• Organise all deliveries and collections and be the branches main point of contact with the VR and corporate sales team.

• Management of insurance transfers deposits and extensions.

• Manage fuel reconciliation for branch.

• Manage lost property process.

• Weekly damage audits including checking in cars and damage detection

• Review NPS scores daily using Mediatechto identify potential areas of improvement and improve NPS. A ditty on Google reviews and updating the CLI log.

• Responding to stock anomalies and taking necessary actions or highlighting to branch manager

• The Returns and B2B Compound manager will use BOS dashboard daily as a metric for successful management of key areas of the branch.

• Ad hoc duties in line with business needs

Your skills:

• Have excellent people/ time management skills commercial skills are essential gained from retail or logistics environment.

• You must hold a full category B driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.

• Problem solving and analytical ability.

• Motivated self-starter who is able to perform in a fast paced environment. Strong project management and multi-tasking skills required.

• Good understanding of Service Level Agreements and implementing action plans.

• Ability to negotiate and to create good working relationships both internally and externally

• IT literate and able to utilise Microsoft Office Suite.

• Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
