Retail Merchandiser DIY

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to support a nationwide network of stores ranging from independent hardware and builders merchants to larger retail and home & Garden stores. You will ensure the displays are well presented commercially effective and easy for customers to shop.

This is a hands-on role involving product presentation promotional displays merchandising and restocking. Youll work closely with store teams to maintain high standards and support sales performance.

• Maintain strong visual merchandising and display standards.
  
• Ensure products are correctly stocked priced and presented.
  
• Implement promotional and seasonal displays.
  
• Work with store teams to deliver commercial merchandising standards.
  
• Complete merchandising and restocking efficiently.
  
• Travel nationwide to support stores.
  

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
  
• Strong eye for detail and visual awareness.
  
• Organised practical and commercially minded.
  
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Hands-on approach with a high standard of work.
  

• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle essential.
  
• Nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays required.
  
• Physically active role involving lifting bending and prolonged periods on your feet.
  
• Some early morning/evening work may be required for store set-up or merchandising.
