Job Summary

We are seeking a Resilience Governance and Reporting Lead to join a well-established Financial Services organisation supporting the Groups Resilience function. The team plays a central role in operational resilience and regulatory engagement offering strong exposure to Board-level reporting regulatory liaison and cross-functional project work.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the secretariat duties of the Resilience Committee.
  • Prepare key resilience risk documentation (incl. board submissions).
  • Obtain and apply a strong working knowledge of the regulatory requirements around Operational Resilience and DORA.
  • Oversight of Resilience with new programmes and initiatives.
  • Prepare and conduct resilience training.
  • Regulatory and control-function liaison.
Requirements:
  • Business-related or similar primary/postgraduate degree.
  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
  • Some experience in a resilience-related area such as business continuity operational resilience third-party risk management or disaster recovery.
  • Regulatory experience ideally within financial services in Ireland the EU or the UK.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
