Eden Social Care is a childrens residential provider opening a therapeutic home for young people aged 612 in Carlow. From the outset this service has been designed with one guiding principle: safe consistent relationships are the foundation of effective care for young people and for staff. We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers who want to be part of building a high-quality service with strong governance reflective practice and staff wellbeing embedded into daily operations.
Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care or a CORU-eligible discipline
Experience working with children and/or young people
Knowledge of child protection and HIQA National Standards
