Repair Supevisor

At KONE were looking for a Repair Supervisor to lead our repair operations ensuring lift and escalator repairs are delivered safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with customers technicians and internal teams youll oversee repair activities optimise resources and drive operational performance while ensuring every project meets customer expectations and contractual commitments.

What youll be doing

• Leading and coordinating repair activities ensuring work is delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Supporting and developing Repair Technicians through coaching planning and regular communication.

• Building strong customer relationships providing technical guidance and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout every repair.

• Planning repair works site surveys and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency and meet revenue targets.

• Identifying repair opportunities supporting quotations and helping drive business growth through high-quality repair solutions.

What were looking for

• Experience leading or supervising technical engineering or field-based teams.

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively.

• Good commercial awareness with experience managing operational performance costs and revenue.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
