• Advise on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions disposals and investment deals
• Act on development transactions from site assembly and planning through to completion
• Handle complex landlord and tenant matters including commercial lease negotiations and portfolio management
• Advise domestic and international clients across the private institutional and public sectors
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across corporate finance and planning to service transactional clients
• Contribute to business development activities and the continued growth of the teams profile

• Qualified solicitor from NQ to five years PQE with a focus on commercial real estate
• Experience gained within a reputable Irish law firm environment
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Excellent drafting negotiation and client communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
