Real Estate Expert (Ireland)

The Real Estate Expert Commentary role is a remote contract position open to experts located anywhere in Ireland.

In this role you will provide clear accurate commentary on real estate topics including market trends property types development practices and local regulations. The expected commitment is approximately four hours per month.

• Strong knowledge of real property supported by practical or professional experience.
• Experience in real estate development including familiarity with zoning permitting and local market dynamics.
• Ability to communicate complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.
• A detail-oriented approach to reviewing documents and data.
• A commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• At least five years of real estate experience.
