Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate level) Dublin
Join the team delivering Dublins largest and most prestigious construction projects.
A Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark developments in Dublin. With multiple live projects across the capital every effort will be made to ensure that you are based as close to your preferred location.
As a Quantity Surveyor here youll support the commercial delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working within an experienced commercial team.

Current and upcoming residential and commercial developments:
- 96m - Rialto - completion in 2029
- 50m - Harolds Cross - completion in 2029
- 57m - Leopardstown - completion in 2028
- 154m - East Wall - completion in 2027
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with valuations cost reporting and final accounts
- Support subcontractor procurement and commercial management
- Manage variations and commercial documentation
- Work closely with the project and commercial teams
You will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 years experience ideally with a Main Contractor
- Experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects
