A wellestablished organisation in the property and real estate sector is seeking a Property Accountant to join its team.
This is a varied role offering exposure to financial reporting portfolio analysis and stakeholder engagement across a diverse property portfolio. It suits candidates from property management real estate facilities or servicecharge environments who enjoy working close to operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting and analysis across property portfolios
- Prepare periodic reports (income costs cash flow variance analysis)
- Monitor rental income service charges and propertyrelated costs
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Act as a finance contact for stakeholders providing insight and support
- Contribute to process and system improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified PartQualified or qualified by experience (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 2 years experience in property real estate or facilities finance
- Exposure to service charge rent or property reporting advantageous
- Experience with systems like Yardi MRI or similar beneficial
- Strong Excel and core accounting knowledge
- Organised detailfocused and a strong communicator
