🔴 Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer — Civil Engineering & Building — Cork — Permanent

Were hiring on behalf of a long-established Munster contractor working across civil engineering building demolition and environmental projects for public and private clients for a site appointment in Cork.

The role: The title follows the person. Were open to an experienced Project Manager or to a Senior Project Engineer ready for the step up with an established site team behind them.

What youll actually be doing:

• Leading site delivery — programme quality safety and cost
• Managing site teams subcontractors and suppliers
• Acting as day-to-day contact for the client and design team
• Controlling procurement resource planning and budget
• Owning the technical and quality record through to handover
• Flagging programme and commercial risk early

What we need:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• PM level: 5 years project management in construction or civils
• Snr Project Engineer level: 4 years site engineering and ready to step up
• Experience across public civils building or private/residential
• Irish contract forms — PWC RIAI FIDIC or NEC
• Safe Pass and CSCS

Nice to have:

• Demolition or environmental project experience
