Job Summary
Project:Large Scale Residential and Commercial New Builds
Essentials: 4 years project engineering experience in Ireland proficiency in GPS and Total Station; Main Contractor experience.
Location: a variety of projects in Greater Dublin
Salary: 70000 -90000

- Coordinate and manage technical aspects of the project from construction through to completion
- Support the Project Manager and site team to ensure works are delivered safely on programme and to specification
- Liaise with design teams consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and coordination issues
- Drive QA/QC processes and ensure full BCAR compliance across all stages of the project
- Oversee internal fit-out works and ensure high-quality delivery standards are maintained
- Monitor project progress and support programme management across key work packages
- Review drawings technical submittals and construction details to ensure compliance and buildability
- Carry out inspections and ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and industry standards
- Support site coordination and communication between all project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records reports and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle
