Our highly automated plants produce iconic Cadbury brands including Flake Twirl Dairy Milk and Boost for customers across Europe. As part of Mondelēz Europe we are proud of both the brands we make and the people who make them.

Reporting to the Business Area Manager (Plant Manager) the Production Line Manager is a key manufacturing role based at our Coolock factory. You will lead a specific production line and manage a team of production operatives and maintenance technicians.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards in safety quality and environment
• Deliver production and cost performance targets
• Improve plant reliability with engineering and continuous improvement teams
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools and root cause analysis
• Plan and coordinate resources to deliver production plans
• Build a positive team culture and manage union relationships

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Production Line Manager Manufacturing Team Leader or similar
• Experience working in a unionised environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Lean methodology experience is helpful but not essential
• Technical manufacturing knowledge is preferred

Shift pattern:

• Day: 7.30 am - 3.00 pm
• Evening: 2.45 pm - 10.00 pm
• Night: 9.45 pm - 7.45 am (4 nights)
