Production Planner

Job Title:Production PlannerBase Location:DroghedaReporting To:Production ManagerDeputy:Main Purpose of Job & Accountability:This role is a key position within the business liaising withseveraldepartments to implement the production plan and to achieve customer requirements on time and in Duties Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Specific Areas of Responsibility include:Create and manage the production scheduleCompile and report on previous 24 hour schedule adherenceCompile schedule for next 36-48 hours and the daily schedule to internal stake holdersMirror schedule to reflect real time hours in production hall by adding and updating shift the morning T1 and T2 production lead times based on schedule and order book. Protect OTIF with accurate lead escalation post holder will work a 39-hour week minimum as set out in their contract of may berequireddependenton the needs of the post holderis responsible fortheir continuous professional and personal extent and speed of change in the delivery of services is such that adaptability is essential to this level of appointment. The post holder will be required to maintain enhance and develop their knowledge skills and aptitudes necessary to respond to changing situations.
