Procurement Manager Energy & Natural Resources

Job Description Due to increased workload and securing of new clients Turner & Townsend has a new opportunity for a Senior Consultant providing Procurement Services in Ireland.

Procurement for major capital projects and programmes includes:

• Developing procurement and contracting strategies to drive value and mitigate risk;
• Developing tender and contract documentation and
• Effectively managing the end-to-end procurement process including coordinating tender clarifications responses evaluating tender submissions and developing tender reports.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Engage and influence clients on procurement of major construction projects and programmes across a variety of sectors including energy.
• Drive real change by supporting clients in realising their sustainability ambitions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years experience for the procurement of capital works goods or services; and
• Preferably possess degree related to engineering quantity surveying law or procurement and/or be MCIPS.
