Purpose of the Role
The Paid Search Manager willbe responsible forplanning implementing and optimising paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet clientobjectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals andobjectives.
Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns including campaign setup optimisation monitoring weekly reports and performance analysis.
Collaborate with clients internal planningteamsand platform reps to drive best in class performance.
Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
Work closely with the Account Director and oversee the Account Executive to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to Dentsus QA policies and procedures.
Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and platform updates related to paid search.
Key Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
Proficiencyin managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus.
Strong understanding of paid search principles best practices and industry trends
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proventrack recordof delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
