We are currently Hiring a Paediatric Nurse
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to children in their homes
- Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring the childs health condition and responding to clinical needs
- Supporting children with complex medical needs where required
- Working closely with families to deliver family-centred care
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Communicating effectively with parents multidisciplinary teams and management
- Ensuring infection prevention and patient safety standards are followed
- Promoting the comfort wellbeing and independence of children in the community
- Participating in training and continuous professional development programs
- Travelling to clients homes across County Meath and Dublin West areas as required
Requirements
- Active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration
- Paediatric nursing experience is desirable
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Full right to work in Ireland
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport preferred
Benefits
- MondaySaturday: 35/hour
- Sunday: 50/hour
