Oracle HCM Test Manager Day Rate Contractor

Key Responsibilities

The Oracle HCM Test Manager will:

• Define and implement the overalltest strategy approach and governance frameworkaligned to programme objectives

• Lead end-to-endtest planning execution and reportingacross all phases including System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing

• Coordinate with business stakeholders functional leads and system integrators to ensure comprehensivetest coverage and traceability to requirements

• Establish and managetest environments test data and defect management processes

• Oversee the creation and execution oftest scripts and scenarios ensuring alignment with business processes and Oracle HCM functionality

• Managedefect triage prioritisation and resolution in collaboration with delivery teams

• Provideclear reporting on test progress risks and quality metricsto programme leadership

• Ensureappropriateriskmanagement and mitigation planningthroughout the testing lifecycle

• Support business users during UAT and ensure readiness for go-live

• Drivecontinuous improvement in testing processes tools and automation where appropriate

Key Skills and Experience

Essential

• Proven experience as aTest Manager on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

• Strong understanding ofOracle HCM modules(e.g. Core HR Payroll Absence Talent Recruitment)

• Demonstrated experience leadinglarge-scale system integration and UAT cycles

• Experience withtest management tools(e.g. Jira Azure DevOps ALM)

• Strong knowledge oftest methodologies QA frameworks and defect lifecycle management

• Ability to managemultiple stakeholdersacross business and technical teams

• Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

Desirable

• Experience inpublic sector or regulated environments

• Familiarity withdata migration testing and integration testing

• Experience withtest automation tools and approaches

• Knowledge ofAgile and hybrid delivery methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related discipline

• Relevant certifications such asISTQBOracle HCM Cloud or equivalent areadvantageous
