Responsible for the coordination of legal entity Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical or Important Functions (CIF) owners across all Ireland Asset Servicing legal entities.

Responsible for overseeing the firms operational resiliency systems and controls on behalf of the Head of the TNTC Ireland Branch and the CEOs for The Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services Ireland Limited Northern Trust Fiduciary Services Ireland Limited Northern Trust Fund Services Ireland Ltd.

Standing attendee at each of the Irish entities Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Committees

Maintains oversight with the support of the Asset Servicing and Technology Resiliency Offices of the Business Services Lifecycle in accordance with the Corporate Operational Resilience Policy and Standard for relevant Ireland legal entities. Duties include:

Coordinating the identification/assessment of Business Services by legal entity; Coordinating the confirmation of IBS by legal entity; Coordinating value chain and independency analysis required to deliver each IBS identifying resiliency vulnerabilities that could cause a breach of the IBS impact tolerance; Coordinating the process to define the impact tolerance for each IBS; and Coordinating business testing of the ability to remain within stated impact tolerance objectives in the event of a severe but plausible disruption to operations.

Responsible for supporting and overseeing Ireland Branch compliance with DORA requirements. This will involve working with the Enterprise and Technology Resiliency Offices to ensure the operational resiliency program covers the specific DORA requirements. Duties include but not limited to:

Coordinating the identification and confirmation of CIFs by legal entity Working with Technology team to ensuring the legal entity maintains the appropriate ICT registers Working with Enterprise and Technology Resiliency Offices to ensure the legal entity adheres to DORA reporting requirements Facilitate the annual approval of the ICT risk management framework

Facilitates the approval of IBS & CIFs and the impact tolerances set by the IBS/CIF owner and Head of Branch / CEOs at legal entity level.

Prepares and supports the facilitation of governance to enable senior management to steer the decision of relevant Ireland legal entities towards continuous strengthening of resilience by:

Coordinating and producing baseline legal entity operational resiliency metrics with IBS/CIF owners Enterprise & Technology Resiliency Offices and Risk partners Producing legal entity reporting which enables prompt identification and escalation of material operational resilience issues at an aggregate legal entity level and Coordinating aggregation and presentation of legal entity key risks and escalations to relevant stakeholders and governance forums.

Maintains the self-assessment documentation for each legal entity (including overseeing the completion of specific sections by the different IBS owners / business functions).

Engages with Heads of Branch / CEOs and IBS owners to promote consistent setting of resiliency risk appetite by legal entities.

Performs and documents assessments of risk acceptances and exceptions and obtains approval from relevant senior executives and risk governance forums for any deviation from the requirements of operational resilience policies (i.e. when no manual workaround or contingency plan exists) on the basis that they are within legal entity / business unit risk appetite.

Participates in lessons learned from internal and external events ( including ICT events) consultations or regulatory changes that may require a reassessment of relevant Ireland legal entity resilience set-up.

Supports and promotes a resiliency culture within relevant Ireland legal entities including engaging in the development of training on operational resilience.

Supports client engagement and due diligence requests in relation to Ireland Asset Servicing legal entity IBSs.

Knowledge :& Skills

Stakeholder management with proven ability to direct virtual teams of senior stakeholders to successful outcomes

Pragmatic logical and rigorous approach

Proven track-record in presenting to senior management with excellent written and oral presentation abilities

Knowledge ofoperational resiliency includingdisaster/business recoverybusiness continuity management 3rd party vendor/outsourcing corporate risk policies and standards

Good understanding of risk management practices and how they apply in Financial Servicesorganisations including the impact of regulation on operational resiliency matters

Knowledge of DORA regulation and experience of implementing DORA requirement would be beneficial

Analytical skills including the ability to present ideas clearly to others and to identify and escalate issues of concern to management as appropriate

Ability to drive to execution

Self-motivated curious and able to work autonomously

Experience :

10 years relevant experience in risk resiliency or operational control environments

10 years relevant experience in the financial services sector
