The Opportunity
Were looking for a proactive highly organised Office Manager & Leadership Team Associate to keep a busy Irish office running smoothly while supporting senior leaders across projects meetings and day-to-day operations.
This is a broad visible role for someone who enjoys taking ownership solving problems and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. Youll be the go-to person for office operations procurement events and leadership support across Ireland and the wider UK and Ireland business.
What Youll Do
- Own the smooth day-to-day running of the office creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage facilities suppliers contracts and workplace requests.
- Coordinate purchase orders goods receipting supplier queries and monthly accrual support.
- Support senior leaders with reports presentations trackers meetings and key projects.
- Plan engaging team meetings town halls events and onboarding activities.
- Provide operational administration across fleet health and safety records and business processes.
- Build strong relationships across leadership sales marketing suppliers and cross-functional teams.
What Youll Bring
- Experience in office management administration executive support operations projects or events.
- Excellent organisation prioritisation and attention to detail.
- A confident professional communication style and sound judgement.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently manage competing priorities and follow through.
- A proactive adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with purchase order or procurement systems is useful but not essential.
